Telemarketing Officer

We are hiring a Telemarketing Officer to support our sales team by reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products, and securing appointments or sales over the phone. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in communication and enjoy working in a target-driven environment.

• Position: Inside Sales Executive
• Location: Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday
• Salary: RM2000 - RM3500 per month + commission & incentives

Job Scope :

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Present products/services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
• Handle basic objections and support closing of sales
• Record call outcomes and update customer information
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage
• Confident in speaking and handling phone conversations
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets
