Senior HR & Admin executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our team at LHT GPac Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Bandar Tenggara Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall HR and administrative functions of our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
  2. Managing the company's HR policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  3. Coordinating and processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks
  4. Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns
  5. Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR and administrative operation
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably within a Consulting & Generalist HR environment
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulatory compliance
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in managing HR-related software and systems
  5. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  6. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
