Sales Executive– Hospital & Laboratory Channel

· Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for medical/diagnostic equipment (hospital & lab channel)

· Identify and develop new accounts in public/private hospitals, diagnostic labs and reference labs

· Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentation, quotation/proposal, tender submission, negotiation and closing

· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (clinicians, pathologists, lab managers, biomedical engineers, procurement, hospital management)

· Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations based on customer needs

· Coordinate with application specialists/service engineers/marketing to support customer solutions

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback

· Support installation, product training and after-sales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

· Participate in exhibitions, workshops and hospital events to generate leads

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast updates in CRM
