Sales Director – UK (Capital Markets / Post-Trade Technology)
<p><span><strong>Location:</strong> Greater London, United Kingdom (Remote with travel as required)</span></p><h2><span>About the Role</span></h2><p><span>We are partnering with a leading provider of mission-critical capital markets technology to recruit an experienced <strong>Sales Director</strong> to drive new business growth across the UK.</span></p><p><span>This is an opportunity to join a growing organization with an established global client base and significantly less bureaucracy than larger competitors, allowing deals to move quickly and efficiently.</span></p><p><span>This role is ideal for someone with an established network across UK financial institutions and a successful track record selling complex post-trade or capital markets technology solutions.</span></p><h2><span>What You'll Do</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Develop and execute a UK new business sales strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities within investment banks, brokers, and capital markets institutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build relationships with senior business stakeholders across the UK financial services sector.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with product, pre-sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful customer engagements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>What We're Looking For</span></h2><h3><span>Essential</span></h3><ul><li><p><span>Experience selling enterprise software into UK financial institutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong network across investment banks, brokers, or capital markets organizations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven success winning new enterprise clients.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience selling complex post-trade, clearing, settlement, securities processing, trade processing, or capital markets infrastructure solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and high-value contracts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Based in or around Greater London with the right to work in the UK.</span></p></li></ul><h3><span>Highly Desirable</span></h3><p><span>Experience with solutions such as:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Post-Trade Platforms</span></p></li><li><p><span>Clearing & Settlement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Securities Processing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Capital Markets Infrastructure</span></p></li><li><p><span>Order Management Systems (OMS)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execution Management Systems (EMS)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Regulatory Technology (RegTech)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Risk Management Platforms</span></p></li></ul>
