[Remote] Vice President of Sales

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to support enterprise growth across their healthcare revenue cycle management and AI-enabled managed services portfolio. Responsibilities Drive enterprise-level new logo growth across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory platforms, and strategic healthcare organizations Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through contracting and operational transition Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities within target accounts Consistently meet or exceed annual quota targets Effectively articulate Access Healthcare’s value proposition, operational capabilities, and embedded automation strategy Collaborate closely with Solutions, Operations, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and Legal throughout the sales cycle Support pricing strategy, proposal development, executive presentations, and contract negotiations Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce Build trusted relationships with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and executive healthcare stakeholders Lead executive-level presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions Represent Access Healthcare at industry conferences, client meetings, and executive forums Develop long-term relationships that support both immediate revenue generation and future strategic growth Skills 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience Proven track record selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) outsourcing and technology-enabled services Demonstrated success closing multi-year enterprise agreements valued at $1M+ annually Experience managing complex, long-cycle enterprise pursuits (6–24 months) Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations and enterprise healthcare buying cycles Experience selling into C-suite healthcare stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leadership Prior RCM BPO experience is required Experience Selling AI-enabled healthcare solutions Technology-enabled managed services Revenue Cycle outsourcing partnerships Enterprise operational transformation solutions Existing relationships within provider organizations, PE-backed healthcare platforms, or IDNs strongly preferred Experience selling within highly matrixed enterprise healthcare environments preferred Benefits Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Healthcare benefits PTO and paid holidays Opportunity to join a rapidly growing healthcare transformation organization Company Overview Access Healthcare is a provider of end to end revenue cycle management solutions including medical billing, coding & A/R Follow-up services.
