[Remote] Strategic Account Executive – Software & AI Services
Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sapphire Stream Technology is seeking a Strategic Account Sales Lead for Software & AI Services in North America. This role involves driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with strategic technology accounts and building relationships to create sustainable revenue growth. Responsibilities Meet prescribed sales quotas and monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management Build and maintain account plans, including customer organization maps, stakeholder maps, opportunity roadmaps, competitive landscape, and action plans in the North America region Establish, build, and manage multi-level relationships with customers and their partner organizations Develop and present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business Manage business opportunity pipelines to ensure tracking the opportunity status and forecasting revenues to produce reports in a timely manner Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external partners when needed, to structure competitive delivery models for software and AI development projects Have a comprehensive understanding of both the customers’ businesses and their market competitors to ensure that effective strategic proposals are provided Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in software service sales or a related field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals Ability to understand customer technical needs and translate them into software, AI, and engineering service proposals Strong analytical, self-motivated, and problem-solving capabilities Willingness to travel as needed Fluent verbal and written professional communication in English Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, a related field, or technical domain Experience developing business with Big Tech, cloud service providers, platform companies, or large enterprise technology customers is strongly preferred Experience in engineering services, software outsourcing, or professional services business models is preferred Company Overview Sapphire Stream Technology (SST) is a global enterprise providing comprehensive end-to-end AI-powered solutions across Automotive, Intelligent IoT, and On-Device AI sectors.
