[Remote] Senior SEO Growth Manager

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. XYZ AI Inc. is looking for a Senior SEO Growth Manager to own and scale organic growth across stealthgpt.ai. This role involves leading keyword strategy, content planning, on-page optimization, technical SEO priorities, programmatic SEO guidance, and backlink acquisition for a global B2C AI product. Responsibilities Own StealthGPT’s SEO strategy across product pages, blog, free tools, comparison pages, and programmatic landing pages Build keyword maps around high-intent terms like AI humanizer, AI detector, undetectable AI, bypass AI detection, Turnitin detector, AI writing tools, SEO writer, and competitor alternatives Create and manage content briefs for articles, landing pages, comparison pages, and free-tool pages Improve existing page copy, metadata, internal links, headings, schema opportunities, and conversion paths Work with design, engineering, and product to ship SEO improvements without slowing down the product roadmap Guide programmatic SEO opportunities while maintaining quality, uniqueness, and search intent fit Use Semrush, Google Search Console, GA, PostHog, and other SEO tools to track rankings, clicks, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact Build a backlink/referring-domain engine through digital PR, data studies, benchmarks, partnerships, affiliates, resource pages, and relevant outreach Use AI tools to speed up research, briefs, clustering, refreshes, and QA, while maintaining human editorial judgment Report weekly on SEO priorities, shipped work, ranking movement, organic conversions, and revenue contribution Capable of managing a small team to assist in all SEO matters Skills 3+ years of SEO experience required; 5+ years strongly preferred Proven experience growing SEO for a global, internet-based B2C or SaaS product Strong working knowledge of Semrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PostHog, and keyword research workflows Experience building topic clusters, comparison pages, product-led SEO pages, and blog programs Strong on-page SEO and content strategy judgment Comfortable working with developers on technical SEO issues like crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonicals, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and internal linking Familiarity with programmatic SEO and the ability to guide implementation without producing low-value pages Experience acquiring backlinks through ethical outreach, partnerships, PR, studies, or content assets AI-native workflow knows how to use AI tools for leverage, but understands quality control and search risk Revenue-minded cares about signups, trials, upgrades, and paid conversions, not just traffic Experience in AI, writing tools, education tech, creator tools, productivity SaaS, or prosumer subscriptions Experience with multilingual or international SEO Basic SQL/HogQL comfort for PostHog analysis Experience managing freelance writers or content agencies Experience building SEO dashboards that connect organic traffic to paid conversion/revenue Company Overview XYZ AI is a boutique development firm specializing in A.I. software development projects.
