REMOTE - Executive Recruiting Consultant - Financial Services

<p><strong>***Required Qualifications***</strong></p><p><strong>It is required that you have either #1 or #2 below:</strong></p><p>#1 - Previous Financial Services Recruiting experience</p><p>#2 - Previous experience in an in-house Accounting/Middle-Office Finance role (looking for a career change into recruiting)!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please do not apply if your background does not fall in line with either #1 or #2 above.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong></p><p><strong>Consultant - Executive Recruiter(title will be commensurate with experience)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Remote or Hybrid - preferably based out of NY or NJ (but flexible)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Commitment: </strong>20-40 hours per week</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Commission based role - percentages based on experience - significant earning potential based on performance</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>Seeking a detail-oriented Recruiters at all levels to assist with the high volume of incoming applications as well as targeted outreach.</p><p><br></p><p>Knowledge of Financial Services Accounting or Middle Office Finance <strong><u>REQUIRED.</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>This role focuses primarily on sourcing/recruiting new candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and recommending qualified applicants for next-stage interviews for roles within Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Firms and Alternative Asset Managers.</p><p><br></p><p>Ideal for someone with a strong recruiting background or accounting/finance background who thrives on efficiently identifying talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Source new candidates through LinkedIn and cold messaging/calling.</li><li>Review and evaluate large volumes of incoming resumes for multiple open roles.</li><li>Assess candidate experience and qualifications against job requirements.</li><li>Categorize and prioritize applications using an applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>Conduct brief screening calls as needed to confirm basic fit or interests.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers and full-time recruiters to align on role criteria.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records and notes within the ATS.</li><li>Provide weekly summaries or recommendations of top <strong>candidates.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2-10+ years of experience in an Accounting, Finance or Recruiting position</li><li>Strong ability to quickly interpret resumes across a variety of roles or industries.</li><li>Excellent judgment and attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, etc).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Self-starter who can manage workload independently in a remote environment.</li></ul>
