They are seeking a Change Management Consultant to oversee activities that drive culture changes and support leaders in achieving sustainable performance improvements through organizational readiness assessments and change recommendations. Responsibilities Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out Skills 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Organizational Development or Business Transformation Experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and impact analysis Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Retail Experience is a Plus Company Overview Drishticon provides technology consulting & implementation services across retail, high tech and media industry.
