Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Petaling Jaya, offers the flexibility of some remote work.

The Key Account

Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing and executing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, preparing sales and performance reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and business objectives. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with customers to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience to build and maintain impactful relationships with clients.
  • Proven Business Planning skills with the ability to develop and implement actionable strategies for sales growth.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and market trends for effective decision-making.
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to exceed customer expectations and support long-term partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry is a plus.
