Internship in Human Resources - Recruitment

Job Description :

  • Assist in preparing orientation training list for new joiners and email to respective personnel
  • Assist in preparing offer letter for new joiners
  • Compile, verify and check document received from new joiners after complete training
  • Update new joiners’ information to respective department and settings in HRMS
  • Update records on internal database
  • Able to perform ad hoc task as per assigned
Role Requirements :
  • Currently possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably candidate who could commence December/January.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
