HR recruiter
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selections.
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for diverse industries.
- Ensure a positive recruitment experience for candidates.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare recruitment reports.
- Support HR projects such as policy development, handbooks, and engagement surveys.
- Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and internal standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
- Proven experience managing multiple hiring projects or client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office;
experience with ATS or HRIS is a plus.
